This cruise was a smooth process of planning and payments. Debbie really helped us out a lot. She went above and beyond what I even thought a travel agent would do. But nope Debbie stayed on point. The experience of the cruise line was phenomenal. The wait staff was super nice and respectful. The cleaning staff always left your room in top shape. And the trip was excellent. I'm definitely going to be looking into more cruises for my wife and I in the near future.

This was our very first trip to Europe. All I can say is Debbie with Cruise Planners DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Debbie was referred to me by a family friend. From beginning to end, she was there at every turn. If you can imagine, a two week trip of this magnitude for a family of 4 took lots of planning. I felt like I was working with a member of my family whom I've known all my life. Our trip to Venice, Florence and Rome Italy could not have been a better success. Every question, every inquiry... I mean EVERYTHING..... was planned to perfection. Cruise Planners will become my go to travel agent going forward. Debbie, was always on the spot and answered all of our (my wife) questions, no matter what time it was, even on weekends.
It has been over 4 or 5 years, maybe longer, since our last cruise. Everything has gotten so hi-tech these days. Both my wife and I, are not that computer saavvy and Debbie just took us under her wing and guided us through this experience. From our first contact with her on documents needed, to excursions, to on board information she was there to help. Most of all she surprised us with a "Minnie Mouse" cake, which really made a big hit with my grandkids. They were really really excited!! Seeing them happy made my day. BEST DAY EVER. Awesome travel agent! She helped us plan our cruise down to the finest details.
